Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, knead the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Divide the cottage cheese into small portions and shape them into oval fritters.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the fritters until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan, combine sugar and water to make a sugar syrup. Add cardamom powder and bring to a boil.
- Place the fried fritters into the sugar syrup and let them soak for 2-3 hours.
- Once soaked, remove the fritters from the syrup and serve.
