Instructions
- Take the cottage cheese in a bowl and knead it well.
- Add sugar, semolina, all-purpose flour, and cardamom powder to the cottage cheese. Mix well to form a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into fritters.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the fritters until they turn golden brown. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pan, heat oil and fry the fritters again until they become crispy.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
