Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take the cottage cheese in a bowl and knead it well.
  2. Add sugar, semolina, all-purpose flour, and cardamom powder to the cottage cheese. Mix well to form a smooth dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into fritters.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the fritters until they turn golden brown. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a separate pan, heat oil and fry the fritters again until they become crispy.
  6. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
