  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  2. Knead the mixture into a smooth dough, adding water as needed.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into flat round pancakes.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove the pancakes from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels.
