Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh cottage cheese, semolina, sugar, and cardamom powder.
- Knead the mixture into a smooth dough, adding water as needed.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into flat round pancakes.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the pancakes from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels.
