Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, and cardamom powder to form a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into flat round pancakes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Drain excess oil and set aside.
  4. In a separate pan, combine sugar and water to make a sugar syrup. Bring it to a boil and then simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
  5. Soak the fried pancakes in the sugar syrup for about 10 minutes.
  6. Once soaked, remove the pancakes from the syrup and allow them to cool before serving.
