Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, and cardamom powder to form a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into flat round pancakes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Drain excess oil and set aside.
- In a separate pan, combine sugar and water to make a sugar syrup. Bring it to a boil and then simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Soak the fried pancakes in the sugar syrup for about 10 minutes.
- Once soaked, remove the pancakes from the syrup and allow them to cool before serving.
