Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, semolina, sugar, cardamom powder, and milk to form a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with ghee.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a round shape.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
  7. Serve the cottage cheese pancakes hot with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
