Ingredients

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, semolina, sugar, cardamom powder, and milk to form a smooth batter.

- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.
