Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) wide egg noodles
- 1 cup (240g) cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (60g) butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese and sour cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return the cooked noodles to the pot and add the butter. Toss the noodles until the butter is melted and the noodles are coated.
- Add the cottage cheese mixture to the noodles and gently toss until the noodles are evenly coated.
- Heat the mixture over low heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until warmed through.
