Crab Masala Fry

Ingredients
- 500g crab, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté for a few minutes.
- Stir in the tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
- Add the turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Cook the masala for a few minutes.
- Add the crab pieces and mix well with the masala. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until the crab is cooked through.
- Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
