Ingredients
- 8 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
- 1/2 cup crab meat
- 1/4 cup cream cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Chop the mushroom stems finely and combine them with crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the stuffed mushrooms and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
