Crab-stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 8 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
  • 1/2 cup crab meat
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Chop the mushroom stems finely and combine them with crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the stuffed mushrooms and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
