Ingredients

  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • 1 cup of cracklings
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer the phyllo dough sheets, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle the cracklings, breadcrumbs, powdered sugar, and cinnamon over the layered phyllo dough.
  4. Roll the dough into a log and place it on a baking sheet.
