Ingredients
- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1 cup of cracklings
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer the phyllo dough sheets, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cracklings, breadcrumbs, powdered sugar, and cinnamon over the layered phyllo dough.
- Roll the dough into a log and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
