Crawfish Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crawfish tails

  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and cayenne pepper.
