Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken pieces until they are tender and cooked through.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
