Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken pieces until they are tender and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
