Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup cashew paste
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, heavy cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ground cardamom, ground nutmeg, cashew paste, and salt.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken cubes and cook until they are tender and the marinade thickens, about 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
