Ingredients

  • 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup cashew paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, heavy cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ground cardamom, ground nutmeg, cashew paste, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken cubes and cook until they are tender and the marinade thickens, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
