Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken cubes and cook until they are tender and slightly charred, about 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
