Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, fresh cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are tender and slightly charred, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
