Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, fresh cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are tender and slightly charred, about 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
