Ingredients
- 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- Skewers for grilling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together yogurt, cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers and brush with oil.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a charred exterior.
- Remove from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
