Ingredients

  • 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Skewers for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, cream, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers and brush with oil.
  4. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a charred exterior.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
