Creamy Cottage Cheese Skewers (Malai Paneer Tikka) is a delicious Jain Cuisine dish that is perfect for a special occasion or a weekend treat.
Ingredients
- 500g cottage cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp green chili paste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 cup fresh cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil for basting

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix hung curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili paste, garam masala, black pepper, chaat masala, fresh cream, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the cottage cheese cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated cottage cheese cubes onto skewers.
- Heat a non-stick pan and brush it with oil. Place the skewers on the pan and cook until the cottage cheese is golden brown on all sides.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
