Ingredients
- 2 large eggplants, sliced
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer the sliced eggplants and tomatoes in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, grated cheese, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the eggplants and tomatoes in the baking dish.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
