Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cubed
- 1 cup cashew nuts, soaked
- 1 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, pureed
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the ghee separates.
- In a blender, blend the soaked cashew nuts with water to make a smooth paste.
- Add the cashew paste to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the paneer cubes, garam masala, and cardamom powder. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the fresh cream and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
