Ingredients

- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder

- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt to taste

Instructions
