Ingredients

  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until the onions are soft.
  2. Add the cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
