Ingredients
- 500g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.

- Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes to remove the raw flour taste.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the soup to a simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Stir in the heavy cream and season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let the soup cool slightly before serving.
