Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pumpkin, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
