Ingredients
- 300g pasta
- 400g salmon fillet, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add the salmon chunks to the skillet and cook until they are no longer translucent.
- Pour in the heavy cream and broth, then stir in the dill. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
