Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked black beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
