Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta (Krämig Rökt Laxpasta)

Ingredients

  • 300g smoked salmon, chopped
  • 400g fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the chopped smoked salmon to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
