Ingredients
- 250g pasta
- 200g fresh spinach
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their liquid and become golden brown.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
