Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, whisk together the ground walnuts and flour.
  2. Gradually pour in the broth while whisking to prevent lumps from forming.
  3. Place the pot over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  4. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the spices and a ladle of the hot broth to temper it.
  5. Slowly pour the yogurt mixture into the pot while stirring constantly.
  6. Simmer the soup for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens.
