Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the yogurt, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
