Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
