Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice
  • 2 tbsp (30g) butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the asparagus for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
