Ingredients
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk

- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
