Creole-style Grilled Lobster

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, paprika, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and brush the flesh side with the seasoned oil mixture.
  4. Place the lobster tails on the grill, flesh side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Flip the lobster tails, brush with more seasoned oil, and continue grilling for another 4-5 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove the lobster tails from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
