Ingredients
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, red bell pepper, celery, Creole seasoning, hot sauce, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
