Ingredients
- 8 large crab shells
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Creole seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the crab shells and set them aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, onion, garlic, bell pepper, bread crumbs, parsley, green onions, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon the crab mixture into the crab shells, mounding it on top.
- Place the stuffed crab shells on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the filling is heated through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
