Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Sprinkle the insides with salt and pepper.
