Creole Style Stuffed Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
