Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, coconut milk, water, and a pinch of salt to make the crepe batter.

- Place a spoonful of the banana mixture in the center of each crepe, fold the sides over the filling, and serve warm.
