Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup cottage cheese (for filling)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and melted butter until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour a small amount of batter onto the pan, swirling to spread evenly.
- Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate.
- Spread a spoonful of cottage cheese on each crepe, fold the sides, and roll up.
- Serve the crepes with a dollop of sour cream on top.
