Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (for filling)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and melted butter until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour a small amount of batter onto the pan, swirling to spread evenly.
  3. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Flip and cook the other side.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crepes on a plate.
  5. Spread a spoonful of cottage cheese on each crepe, fold the sides, and roll up.
  6. Serve the crepes with a dollop of sour cream on top.
