Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.

- Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until lightly golden. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 8 crepes.

- Divide the cheese filling evenly among the crepes, spreading it over half of each crepe.
- Fold the crepes in half to enclose the filling, then fold in half again to form a triangle.
- Return the filled crepes to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the crepes are heated through.
- Transfer the crepes to a serving plate and serve hot.
