Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Crickhowell cider
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon thyme

- Pour in the Crickhowell cider, chicken broth, honey, and thyme. Stir to combine, then return the chicken thighs to the skillet.
- Bring the liquid to a simmer, then cover and cook for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
