Crispy Chilli Paneer

Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup cornflour
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 capsicum, diced
- 2-3 green chilies, slit
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying and cooking
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Add water to make a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying. Dip the paneer cubes in the batter and fry until golden and crispy. Drain on a paper towel and set aside.
- In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add the diced onions, capsicum, and green chilies. Saute until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- Now add the soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the fried paneer cubes to the sauce and toss until the paneer is well coated.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
