Ingredients
- 1 whole duck, cut into pieces
- 2 oranges, juiced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the duck pieces with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 45-50 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- In a saucepan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry. Stir the slurry into the saucepan and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Once the duck is crispy, transfer it to a serving platter and pour the orange sauce over the duck pieces.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
