  • 1 red chili, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Dredge the fish fillets in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the fish fillets until golden and crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
