Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs until coated.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the potato balls until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove the potato balls from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  5. Serve the küfta hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
