Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, water, and salt to make a smooth batter.
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces and mix with green onions and white pepper.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan, then evenly spread the shrimp mixture on top.
- Pour the remaining batter over the shrimp mixture to cover it completely.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy, then carefully flip the pancake and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the pan, cut into wedges, and serve hot.
