Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the sweet potato cubes, cornstarch, sugar, and salt until the sweet potato cubes are well coated.
