Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets

- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, water, salt, and black pepper to make a smooth batter.
- Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the battered cauliflower until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- In a separate pan, heat the honey, soy sauce, chilli sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Add the slurry to the sauce mixture to thicken it.
- Add the fried cauliflower to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions before serving.
