Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups cooking oil
Instructions
- In a pot, combine pork belly, garlic, onion, bay leaves, whole peppercorns, water, salt, and ground black pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer until pork is tender.
- Remove the pork belly from the pot and let it cool. Pat the pork belly dry with paper towels.
- Heat the cooking oil in a deep pan. Carefully add the pork belly pieces and fry until golden and crispy.
- Remove the crispy pork belly from the pan and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- Slice the crispy pork belly into serving pieces and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
