Crispy Roast Pork Belly

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork belly
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp five-spice powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Score the skin of the pork belly with a sharp knife.
