Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish
  • Cooking oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch, then dip them in the beaten eggs.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. In a separate pan, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
