Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
- Cooking oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch, then dip them in the beaten eggs.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In a separate pan, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
