Crispy Tofu Tower (脆皮豆腐塔)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Coat the tofu cubes in cornstarch, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy on all sides. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
